How do I uninstall PluralEyes? There is no uninstaller provided.

To uninstall PluralEyes do the following:
- Move the PluralEyes application (/Applications/PluralEyes) to the Trash
- Move the PluralEyes License Manager (/Applications/PluralEyes License Manager) to the Trash
- Move the PluralEyes startup item (/Library/StartupItems/ProTecVb) to the Trash
- Reboot
- admin
- Site Admin
